TVS Apache RTR 200 4V

Yes, the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V isn't an all-new bike. But for 2020, this 200 cc premium commuter gets a whole bunch of added features, which are in addition to standard features like a slipper clutch, Bluetooth connectivity with the TVS SmartXonnect system, Glide Through Technology, and LED headlight. What the new Apache RTR 200 4V also gets for 2020 are riding modes, the first motorcycle in this segment and price range. While the Apache RTR 200 4V doesn't get ride-by-wire, the ECU modulates the power according to the chosen riding mode; and there are three options, Sport, Urban and Rain. Along with the performance, the riding modes also offer different levels of ABS intervention. The engine is the same 198 cc, single-cylinder, four-valve, engine which makes 20.2 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 18.1 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm, Mileage of 38. Priced at just ₹ 1.31 lakh (Ex-showroom), the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V offers excellent value for money.

Yamaha R15 v4



Yamaha R15 V4 is a sports bike available at a starting price of Rs. 1,78,150 in India. It is available in 5 variants and 6 colours with top variant price starting from Rs. 1,89,624. The Yamaha R15 V4 is powered by 155cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 18.1 bhp and a torque of 14.2 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Yamaha R15 V4 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This R15 V4 bike weighs 142 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 11 liters.

Yamaha Motor India has announced the launch of the new YZF-R15 V4.0 in our market. The 155cc supersport-style motorcycle will be available in two variants (Standard and M) in India.
Both variants feature a styling upgrade that comprises a revised front fascia and higher-spec hardware. The new models get a bi-functional LED headlight instead of the twin-pod headlamp on the outgoing version. Other styling cues include a full-fairing, M air duct design, step-up seat, and side-slung exhaust. Both motorcycles use a digital instrument cluster, although the M variant further benefits from Bluetooth connectivity, quickshifter, and a traction control system.


The motorcycle is available in four colour options – Metallic Grey, Racing Blue, Dark Knight, and Metallic Red. The company will also offer a limited-edition MotoGP variant of the YZF-R15 M.

The mechanical specifications continue to feature a BS6-compliant 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that now makes 18.1bhp as against 18.3bhp on the outgoing model. The peak torque output is rated at 14.2Nm at 7,500rpm. The six-speed gearbox benefits from a slipper and an assist clutch.

The suspension setup on the motorcycles comprises upside-down front forks and a rear mono-shock. The braking tasks are handled by single discs on both wheels while the safety net is provided by a dual-channel ABS and a side-stand engine cut-off function.

Bajaj Dominar 250 is a street bike available at a starting price of Rs. 1,68,746 in India. It is available in only 1 variant and 3 colours. The Bajaj Dominar 250 is powered by 248.8cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 26.63 bhp and a torque of 23.5 Nm. The Dominar 250 is the most accessible Bajaj touring motorcycle. This bike was developed to cater to the growing needs of Indian youth who want to travel but have a tight budget. It is the smaller sibling of the Dominar 400- which is a premium offering from the company.

The Dominar 250 gets muscular styling and is equipped with full-LED lights, digital instrument cluster, twin-barrel exhaust, fancy-looking mirror stalks, upside-down telescopic front forks and split seats. The bike gets rear mono-shock, disc brakes on both wheels and a dual-channel ABS. Important ride-related information is displayed on the primary display while the rest of the information is available on the secondary display on the fuel tank. Interestingly, the company is also providing small straps under the seat for luggage.

The Dominar 250 gets its power from a 250cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled DOHC, four-valve engine that’s based on the KTM 250 Duke. However, unlike the 250 Duke, Dominar 250 features a twin-spark technology. The engine is tuned to produce 26.6bhp at 8,500rpm and 23.5Nm at 6,500rpm. The six-speed gearbox features a slipper clutch system. The 0-100kmph acceleration takes 10.5 second while the top speed is rated at 132kmph.
